This book is absolutely adorable! The pictures in at are fantastic. It's a smaller hard cardboard book that can take torture from babies.I purchased this ABC book as a baby shower gift for a dear friend. She is a crazy Yankee fan and this went along great some other Yankee items I picked out for her. Honestly, the quality of this book is great and it was nice to see pics of Derek Jeter and Mariano Rivera in the book too. My hubby is from New York and he thought this was such a great little gift. Again, this item completed my whole baseball/Yankees themed gift bag.I'm sure this will make a cute addition to the baby boy's room.
This book is fantastic!What a great book for little Yankee fans (or Yankee fans to be). My husband and I were excited when this arrived and read it to our son right away. It's a very cute play on the alphabet from a Yankee fan perspective.All the alphabet letters had several baseball or Yankee related words that were associated with them. The exception being X, Y, and Z where there were only one or two words. These are the hardest, I guess. :) The lamest was X is for X-ray. Oh well.The book is very cute and fun for Yankee lovers.A minor drawback is that the book seems 'dated' as there are several references in photo and print to the 2009 championship. No biggie for us since our son was born in 2009, but it might be irritating if someone wanted something timeless.I highly recommend this book to Yankee fans.
I bought this book for my granddaughter as her father is the #1 fan for the Yankees. The color and illustration is great the only down side is that the book is very small. It's my fault because I didn't look at the dimensions before I bought it. I would still recommend it to any Yankee fan's with a child.
Great book if you're a Yankees fan. I got it for my son and he absolutely loves it. The pictures for each letter are awesome.
this was one of my all time favorite yankee books...i had to take it away from my adult son, to wrap for the baby...i may just go buy another one or two to keep for the future as gifts..or a future grandchild..it is extremely unique...really love it
