I bought this cookbook because I saw Gail Simmons post something about it on Instagram. Yes, the entire cookbook is about nachos. But who doesn't love nachos?! In the back there are also salsa, crema, and drink recipes. I've tried several of these already and love them.
I gave this as a Christmas present to confirmed nacho lovers and it was well received. Who would have thought there could be this many variations?.

Love this cook book. Love the idea of having different types of nachos to try.
The book was for a fellow employee who retired. After opening the gift, they were excited to try the different recipes. The best thing was the quick delivery and the discount pricing. Compared to a store that had the same book, I saved over $7.00 dollars
